This notice covers bacs.pro, @bacsbuildbot and related build/hosting orders. Our other bots listed on bacs.pro show their own short notices in-bot where needed.

1. What we collect

When you order a build or hosting we may process: your name (if you give it), Telegram user id and handle, email, country code, VAT id (business clients, if given), order and payment references (Stars charge id, card payment reference or USDC transaction), brief and scope notes, and the bot token you paste after payment (stored encrypted; never shown again).

Server logs may keep IP, user-agent and error traces for security and uptime, for up to 90 days.

2. Why

To quote, invoice, deliver and host your bot, take payment, prevent abuse, and meet legal record-keeping. Legal bases: contract, legitimate interests (security, fraud), and legal obligation where it applies.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Processors we may use: Hetzner (hosting), Telegram (Bot API / Stars), our card payment provider (for card payments), the blockchain network if you pay in USDC, and email delivery for build@bacs.pro. Client bots you buy process their users' data under your control; we act as your processor for hosting under the build Terms.

4. How long

Order and invoice records: as long as tax/commercial law requires. Bot tokens: until you revoke or hosting ends, then deleted. Support mail: up to 24 months unless a dispute needs longer.

5. Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your order data at build@bacs.pro. You can revoke our bot access any time with /revoke in @BotFather.

6. International

We are UK-based; hosting is in the EU (Hetzner). By ordering you understand your data may be processed in the UK/EU for delivery.
